Dashboard and Environment
Accesses, Qlik consumption, reload quota, reload health, app size per space and most accessed apps.
The Qovern app is in Portuguese. Screen and button names are shown as they appear in the app, with the translation in parentheses.
The Dashboard (home screen) and the Ambiente (Environment) screen show how your Qlik Cloud is being used. The numbers come from the background sync, so opening the screen doesn’t put load on Qlik.
Dashboard
- Usuários (Users): total people in the tenant and how many have a license allocated. On Qlik with per-user licensing, it also shows the split between developers (professional) and analysts (analyzer).
- Acessos (Accesses): who opened which apps in the period. Only openings by people count: automatic ones (reloads, indexing) are left out.
- Published and personal apps and the last reload.
Data for analysis
The card shows how much of Qlik’s Data for analysis capacity has been used in the period. This indicator only exists in Qlik Cloud Analytics with capacity-based licensing; on other licenses it does not appear.
It measures data brought in from outside Qlik. Copying an app or reading a QVD that is already in Qlik doesn’t count again, so it is not the sum of the apps’ sizes.
Reload quota
The reloads card shows how many reloads the tenant ran this month and your Qlik plan’s monthly limit. It is the same number used by the quota alert.
App size per space
Apps com maior volume (Largest apps) and the volume per space use the in-memory size of each app’s data model. Ver lista (See list) opens every item in a space, with its type, and lets you export it to CSV.
Most accessed apps
Lists the apps opened in the period, with the number of accesses, of distinct people and the last access. When you open an app, Quem mais acessou (Top users) shows the people who used it most.
Period
On the Standard plan, the Dashboard offers up to 30 days and the Environment only the current month. On the Pro and Enterprise plans, the history is complete, since the tenant was connected.
